Prior to joining Futureproof in January 2021, Steve held numerous leadership positions at Pegasystems and SAS Institute, ultimately leading the Global Customer Intelligence Practice at SAS. Throughout his career Steve has sold, implemented and supported analytically-driven next-best-action marketing solutions for premier customers within financial services, retail, media, telecommunications, automotive, gaming and hospitality verticals.
At Futureproof, Steve forges trusted and lasting relationships with customers and partners alike to provide innovative solutions and go-to-market programs that deliver quantifiable results, through accelerated time frames, all while improving customer experiences.
Steve earned a BS in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He currently resides in Connecticut with his wife and two daughters.
