Chris recently returned to the UK having spent seven years in the US working for Pega partners, Comet/Merkle and Adqura. Chris established Comet’s US financial services practice and subsequently led successful 1:1 marketing programs at Fifth Third Bank and PNC Bank, and spearheaded projects for DIRECTV and Verizon Wireless. With Merkle’s acquisition of Comet in 2016, Chris joined Adqura to help establish their North American business and led engagements at Wells Fargo, Willis Towers Watson and Sweetgreen.
Prior to 2012, Chris worked in retail financial services for HSBC, Egg and The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) in product management and customer marketing roles. Between 2009 and 2012, he led RBS’s database marketing team and owned the retail bank’s strategic transformation programs to deliver 1:1 customer engagement in digital and print channels.
Chris is married, has a grown-up daughter and lives in Leicestershire, UK.
